The apartments are nice and I brag on the quality of them all the time. However, maintenance sucks. I have been without a/c for three of the hottest months of the year. I have spoked with the wonderful ladies in the leasing office several times and they are as helpful as they can be considering they don’t really have any control over the issue. Other than that I am pleased with the apartments. If the manager gets a better maintenance team then the apartments could easily get 3-5 stars.
The apartments would be nice to live there but the main problem is the manager need to replace the maintenance they does a very poor job in keeping the garbage area clean trash be everywhere and the people who cuts the grass they only cut certain area in the apartments
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! MY SISTER RENTED FROM THEM IN 2022 AND HAD TO MOCE BACK HOME DUE TO OUR MOTHER BEING ILL. THESE PEOPLE SUED HER AND GARNISHED HER WAGES FOR ALMOST $8,000 AND IS TRYING TO SUE HER YET AGAIN FOR ANOTHER $6,000 FOR DAMAGES! MIND YALL SHE MOVED IN 2022 AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY TRYING TO SUE HER FOR MORE MONEY FROM 4 YEARS AGO! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!
I like it here. Only thing is my water in tub runs green . Not sure why . I’ve put in several request but they won’t tell me why. I’m sure the water isn’t supposed to be green . But I have a small child and don’t want her affected by it if it is harmful. EDIT : 7/23/26 it looks as if the water is much clearer . I’m not sure what was done but thank you so much for fixing the issue !!!!! As I stated before I absolutely love my apartment .
