Went into Cliveden today to buy a new sliver chain, as my old one had broken. Not only did they repair my existing chain, but at no charge. The ladies there were absolutely lovely, could not have received better service. Definitely recommend, the jewellery and customer service is beautiful. Thank you once again!
I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store, and the staff were polite and friendly. I needed to resize a ring and the sales assistant checked and processed it for me immediately. Really appreciated that as I live far away. Thank you!
