From walking into the door, the staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole process stress free. The therapists are all exceptional listeners, offering insightful guidance and concrete tools that have helped navigate challenging situations and develop healthier coping mechanisms. The sessions are a safe and non-judgmental space. I felt comfortable being open and honest about feelings and experiences. I honestly felt like I could talk about anything.
I’ve only heard incredible things about the support and care people find there. It’s rare to come across a space that so many describe as welcoming, safe, and truly life-giving.
The office is beautiful and the therapists are so kind and knowledgable. Definitely would recommend!
