I would like to say that this place has improved tremendously from my first admission a few years ago, staff were way more attentive, polite and compassionate and Bobby specifically is an incredible inpatient therapist, his groups are always helpful. I am however VERY unimpressed with the disrespectful demeanor of many staff members on the unit. I was on CLU6 and almost everyday there was an example of unprofessional conduct. My experience with this place was as an outside observer , my hubby was brought to this facility . While the front desk was very kind and the intake person was kind and sympathetic , I had a stressful time as the wife of a patient inside the facility , phones were not answered , a lot of truths were not told and my husband once I finally got to talk to him said he had no idea what to do when he first got there , it’s why he didn’t call me right away , he was told he would be taken to a phone to call me right away when he got... read more
Clive once again has been great. I'm sure now that there is no better behavior health hospitals in the country. It all starts with doctor Omar. Doctor Omar puts you first and shows nothing other than great energy. And the staff, the techs, the nurses and everyone of them are truly great, Clive is on another level. They make you ask to use the bathroom! Really!? More time is spent enforcing their ridiculous rules than caring about patients. I was shown care and concern by two nurses, while the rest were rude and self absorbed. One therapist, Bobby, actually showed compassion and provided information that I could use in my dealings outside of the hospital. The techs were useless.
