My son (14yrs) was there just under 2 weeks total. He voiced he didn’t like that he wasn’t able to go to his room and rest during the day even when he was really tired. I got an update on him from the provider after he had been there a few days and was told they would call me the next day.i did not hear from the provider again the whole time he was there. Communication from staff is horrible! The only time staff reached out was to start meds, never heard from a provider until there was an emergent issue and that was to administer medications. Visiting hours for working parents do not exist except for Sundays. If you expect to contact your child through phone communication or expect to have your child call you expect to call several times without the phone being answered I let the phone ring up to 10 minutes with staff answering the phone. Hey, this is Annabella, I hope you all at Clive Behavioral Health are doing well. I had just gotten discharged earlier today. I had a really good experience here. The only reason I’d give it just 3.5 out of five stars is because the doctor didn’t check in on my Nana enough with my progress.. Doctor K was really sweet, and we talked through a lot together, he just didn’t really tell my Nana much about my progress.
