Great hair stylist. Worked 10 years in DC, so he can create cosmopolitan looks. Good with hair color. At time of this writing (June 2015), he charges $22 for a women's hair cut -- you can't beat that! A much better stylist overall than the high-end, $50 per haircut, Hagerstown salons.
Highly recommended. Dale cuts for our entire family from 2 years old to 60+. He seems to read my mind and always gets it "just right". The prices are much better than most places and I've never had a haircut that kept a great look for so long. It is also great that when you are there, you are the only one so you get all the attention and it is quiet with good music and conversation.
