Visiting from NY for a conference and needed a haircut in a pinch. Walked into this shop at 4:30 pm on a Saturday because it said in the window "Walk-ins Welcome". I was then told I need to make an appointment on their website. St. Louis time is different so I'd say if you haven't been to this shop, don't try to come. They didn't seem interested to help at all.

Set appointment today for 3pm & was cancelled. Really needed this cut for an event. I made an appointment previously & it was cancelled because I didn’t choose the new client option even it wasn’t my first time there. So this time I chose the new client option & it still was cancelled & this time with no explanation.
