I called them one morning as soon as they opened to ask if they could fit me in to fix a haircut that I had gotten at a different establishment. I had never been here before. Not only did they see me immediately, they were honest and told me that "we could take your money, but the only way to fix it is to let it grow." They did fix up the few issues they could, showed me how to style my hair to minimize the irreparable parts, and refused payment (I insisted and did give them something). Absolutely amazing people. Chandra did a more than amazing job on my hair!!! This is my first time at this salon and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly! Chandra was very professional and so sweet throughout the whole experience. I am in love and obsessed with my red hair that I’ve wanted for years!
