I currently live at Clipper Pointe and have been here about six months and in my opinion it is not as bad as some of these reviews I am reading. Yes it is an older complex but hopefully UDR will remodel and update the complex in the near future as they told me they would and have planned. Also, I live on the top floor and I have never had a problem with roaches at all THANK GOD! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I have been a tenant since April 2016. Since then, my AC has gone out twice and my heater has never worked. The first time maintenance came out last year, they were unable to fix my AC for a solid month (this was in May - 90 degree weather) and I was given a portable AC unit because it was unbearably hot. It is the middle of January so I shouldn't be worried about AC, but it has been unseasonably warm and I discovered that it is broken again.
