Poor customer service! I have tried to reach Caroline Filchak numerous times about a duplicate charge on a gas purchase! Left several messages and she has not returned any of them! Will not be giving them my business anymore!!!
Done with this company, can't afford to risk being late to work every time I stop in for a morning soda. As a customer, I don't need to hear about Coke sending bad product for the freestyle machine from the mgr or how "pissed off" you are about the machine not working or how much you "hate this machine." Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to explain to my boss why I'm late...again.
