Ishmael at your store on Highway 9 is an amazing brand ambassador for your store. Stopped in today for my Minute Maid Sparkling drink, which I usually stock up on when getting gas. He not only remembered me but apologized that the orange flavor was out. (I bought them on Saturday so it was ok.) I couldn't believe he remembered me and my favorite drink. I just left a voicemail, but the way you treat your employees is horrible. The BP that you own, by the 120 loop has had no AC since Friday, and it is unbearably hot for the employees. They are so enjoyable, friendly and nice that it makes sick that you have had them work with no AC in this heat for days. You should be ashamed, and give them all bonuses. I am embarrassed for your company.
