AC not been working properly since Feb, 11th 2025. Today is Thursday, May 29th. I'm tired of putting in work orders. Yet I'm not getting any results or a solution. The maintenence man says he has done everything. It is cooling. Non-stop. Yet this damn ac is still not working. It has been running for hours. They need a AC professional licensed on this property. Nobody responds to emails or phone calls just automated messages when you’re trying to schedule a tour. I went in and they basically said they have no availability for 6 months even though the website says they have multiple units available in the next 2 months.
