The worst place you could ever move to. The manager is a terrible person with little ethics. I'd lived in that terrible place for over 15 years, and they never changed my carpet, and it was always a hassle to fix things. But the biggest coincidence is that her relative, who also works at the office, had everything replaced in her apartment.
