I brought my Shih Tzu here after this groomer being recommended by a friend. I had high hopes but was unfortunately disappointed with the quality. The cut was pretty bad, and I have most of him shaved so it should not be that hard. His face and paws are noticeably uneven and patchy, there is a big chunk of fur under his eye that was missed that now keeps getting stuck in his eye, his nails are cut at an angle are are razor sharp and the tail is awful...not even close to being even. I did try to call you I would really like to see the dog to see how it looks if it is as you say I need to re evaluate the groomer who worked on your dog I can't fix a problem if I'm not given the opportunity I always try to remedy a situation if you would just come in and talk to me personally I would appreciate the opportunity to do what I can to please you.
I have a 2 yo German Shepherd named Mugen who does get very nervous about grooming, but we both had a wonderful experience here, I couldn't be happier. We will be back very soon! Thank you guys! ��
Dropped cat off for a wash only, picked up with tail and back legs buzzed down to nothing and still dirty. VERY unhappy and will not be returning. Seemed more occupied with grand re-opening than doing job properly. Very disappointed.
We brought our Schnoodle, Fritzie, here before Thanksgiving for a grooming appt. She looked amazing and like a brand new pup! We are coming back here for future appts and not bringing her back to Pet Smart again. They got us in a day after we called, total time there was 2.5 hours, really affordable, and she seemed as happy as can be. Thank you!
Our 2 terriers look fabulous. We didn't think it was possible but you guys made them CUTER.
