My friend got her hair done here and the experience was terrible. The service was unprofessional, and it seemed like they had no understanding of basic salon etiquette. She felt dismissed and unheard the entire time. They really need to learn how to treat customers properly… because at the end of the day, the customer is always right. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. #GIVE.HER.A.REFUND
my sister got her hair done here and came home looking like they stopped halfway through…. the extensions weren’t even blended, the highlights were patchy, and it looked like a group project where everyone gave up. she went back the next day and they ganged up on her instead of fixing it. lisa on the phone was lost and Thelma seemed allergic to effort. If this is their “best work,” I’d hate to see their worst… 🤢🤢
One Star is Generous: A Truly Awful Experience I wish I could give this salon zero stars. My recent visit was a complete disaster from start to finish. I initially came in for extensions and highlights, and not only did they fail to blend the extensions properly—leaving my hair looking hideous and mismatched—but the so-called “full foil” highlights were done so poorly that entire sections of my hair were missed. I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years and for the first time today I wanted to try something new: a balayage. Felma made sure that it looks natural and even better than what I could’ve imagined! I will definitely come back to her!
