I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation is different. My tween daughter left this salon with her feelings deeply hurt, and I want to help others avoid a similarly unpleasant experience. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. While the front desk staff was kind, the hairdressers were shockingly unprofessional. They openly admitted their "inexperience" with curly hair. This was my second time getting my hair done here. Fatima did my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted! She paid strong attention to detail and recommended what would look good on me and she was right. You can tell everyone who works there truly loves what they do, entire staff is very welcoming and kind.

I had my hair trimmed, layered and blow dried by Sherry today. The outcome was great and exactly how I wanted. I definitely recommend her and will go back.
