They always treat my animals as if they are their own. I have an iguana and a pit bull and both are treated with the best care at every single visit.
Its all about the money, my cat was declawed and they half assed his glue on his paw when closing paw busted open had to take him back and pay boarding fees then get him home again and then had to take to different place to find out that the glue was never done right.... and now my cat has to go trought another 2 weeks of healing.. I will never return ever. I will be in court to get my $800.00 back.. plus the fees I paid at other vet..
Wonderful people ... neither one of my dogs have any hesitation about going in .. unlike going to the groomer. LOL
Dr is really great with my hedgehogs. Makes sure I'm ok with what she's going to do and very knowledgeable
This place is only interested in the money they can make. They ACT like they care about animals...but they don't. I spent $206.88...for an exam...2 xrays...and a SURPRISE rabies shot....I had to leave with no diagnosis and no pain meds because I was short $116.00 until 3 days later they would not wait on. They let my dog leave knowing she was in pain....possible obstruction...a forced rabie shot...all because they would not wait 3 days for $116.00. They absolutely DO NOT care!
We love this place. We have 3 hedgehogs and doctor and her staff are awesome. I have taken our oldest hedgehog to another vet before learning about Dr. Reynolds, I am extremely pleased to have her taking care of our babies now. Highly recommend Clio Animal Hospital.
