So grateful for this company. I called at 3:45 in the afternoon on Friday and they close at 4:00 for a 3 day weekend. I was told they will reach out on Tuesday to schedule service. It was fine because I have a separate system for the second floor that still working so we could make do. 5 minutes later I get a call back that a technician was going to be able to come out this afternoon after all. He arrived quickly and made the repair in less than 30 minutes. Extremely professional and courteous. What a gem in our little town!

Clint came out the very next day before the winter storm and got me fixed up. They were extremely busy with all the work that came up and made me a priority because of the storms. Very impressed with his professionalism and quality of work.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone. I called they finally got someone out here said the unit was fine that it might be duct work and said they would get someone out to check it i called back several times and and they kept saying it might not be today probably tomorrow and that went on for a week I never heard anything back from them I was without Air-conditioning in the hottest part of summer with 3 children I would recommend McNeese service company

They were here within 2 hours of calling and had our A/C back up and running in 30 minutes! Luckily it was just frozen up and had a dirty coil! But if you need someone to help figure out what it wrong with your unit or you need a new unit, they are the ones to call! We have used them at our other house we lived in for 7 yrs and we’ve lived in our current house for 3! And their staff is very friendly! And their prices are lower than anyone else in the area!!!
