Found a used truck I was looking for on their website. Salesman told me right away it was a one owner local trade in even though the truck was originally sold in Canada and later brought back to the states(from window sticker/carfax report). Drove an hour there and while test driving it, I noticed a really bad vibration. I was surprised that this wasn't caught during their pre-sale inspection. Stuff happens though. Everyone at the dealership handled my delayed delivery, due to a recall, with professionalism and respect. The communication with several people I had exceeded my expectations. I will return for my next vehicle purchase.
My mother purchased 3 vehicles from the dealership. We did not realize her mental capacity had declined. She totaled 2 of the vehicles. Supposedly not her fault though I did take her driving privileges away. The issue is she was SO TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THE DEALERSHIP. Her first vehicle had all the bells and whistles.
