Surprisingly un friendly, but business oriented and didnt screw around. I guess thats what you want at the end of the day. I knew what I wanted, drove it for 10 minutes, then told them to wrap it up. Humor and cordiality were met with indifferent responses or even silence at times. We were the only ones there on a Saturday morning. These Ford dealerships right along with former all world, now Greg Young, are clearly displaying an ugly form of fraudulent behaviors. Clintonville motors on the sales team didn't treat me like a customer just because it was a phone call. My phone conversation started before an in person customer came in..Number one, because I'm taking notes and recording calls..I own Ford. Staff were friendly and purchase was quick and easy. I knew what vehicle I had in mind, test drove it and knew that it was going to be mine. I was offered a fair trade in offer as well as some discounts from switching from a Jeep to a Bronco. My questions were answered, I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed by extra add ons or additional purchases. I wad able to take it home within a few short hours. The team was great and I would highly recommend and already have. I look forward to enjoying my new Bronco!Â
Everyone at Clintonville Motors is very professional and friendly. They complete our regular maintenance and service on our vehicles in a timely manner. They do a great job and I'm confident that the workers are competent and the service done is completed correctly.Â
