A big thank you to Giorgio and James (mechanic) for their professionalism and honesty as I brought my daughter's Toyota Corolla in thinking it had a gearbox problem, hence needing service. James and I took the car for a test drive and James advised he didn't believe there was an issue with the gearbox. Apparently it was standard. Since the car was there, James suggested doing a diagnostic check on the gearbox and car which I was happy with.
