I had a very disturbing experience this morning at Toyota Gregory Hills that I feel compelled to share. I arrived at around 8:30 am for a scheduled car service appointment. I understand I was running approximately 30 minutes late, and I fully accept responsibility for that. However, what followed was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
