The service advisor should show a better attitude towards the customer over the phone, and the service department should invest baby car seat (Kmart sells really cheap one’s) so the customers when they drop their car are able to use the shuttle bus that they have when they have a baby, because walking all the way from Gregory hills to Orange park upon drop off and pick up is very inconvenient and takes a very long time.
They over charged me for a normal service and adding all other things before confirming the price with me, and when I asked them they said we told you already. Plus I found a scratch on the bonnet of the car and it was through the paint to the metal They denied that as well !
