Rented a furnished, 2 bedroom unit, from September to December 2019. First issue: filthy sheets on the master bedroom bed (stains, hairs, etc...). at $3500 a month, I should have known this was a bad sign. The main problem with this complex: the extremely poor level of sound proofing. You can actually make out what your neighbors are saying next door, and every step taken in the unit on top sounds like someone is stomping as loud as they can on purpose.
