We have had such an amazing experience living at Clinton Village Apartments from the very beginning! We truly have no complaints and couldn't be happier with our experience here. David is incredibly responsive and always makes sure our questions or concerns are addressed quickly. Toni is also fantastic and is always quick to come by and fix anything that needs attention. I lived in the Clinton Village apartments for over 5 years until I was able to find a house. Dave, the property manager is super responsive with any questions or issues I had. Tony, who handles maintenance is a great a guy and does whatever he can to help out. I would highly recommend renting here. Great apartment, great property manager, great maintenance worker, and a beautiful town to live in. I will surely miss living here.
The apartment building is quiet, peaceful, safe and clean. It's very clean and the most affordable place in the area. The management is very good and helpful. Especially during our family's most difficult time, Clinton Village Apartments supported and helped us, and we would like to thank Mr. David for that.
Tony, the maintenance man is a very capable and able repair man. He responds professionally and promptly to emergency maintenance and follow up repairs, doing a very good job. I’m thankful that Clinton Village Apartments has him. 1-26-26 My hat goes off to Tony, the maintenance man, who worked real hard with the snow blower and shovel long hours last night and into the morning keeping the walks and parking areas cleared of snow and ice. The apartments are not only clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, but the warmth and hospitality here are something you rarely find anywhere else.
