I didn't like the service.
My wife and I loved our newly-renovated unit. The kitchen appliances and cabinetry were all new and very nice. Closets are very spacious as was the living room and bedroom. The very few problems we had were quickly addressed by management and always fixed. The management in general was great- very honest and went out of their way to accommodate us multiple times. They always did right by us. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable units in the area.
My family of 4, lived in Clinton Village Apartments for 5 full years. At first it was OK, but in the meantime a new owner bought the whole complex, so the new management, specifically the new manager named David, was a wonderful, family person and that every single day he was around the complex to serve residents for their eventual needs and to make sure everything is right! Lovely convenient place to live. Walkable to downtown Clinton, and hardly a minute drive from shop rite and Walmart. Right off of 78 and easy to access 31. Pretty quiet area and friendly neighbors. Management was responsive and helpful.
Very modern / clean apartments. The property management company was great and was very easy to work with.
