Excellent care and service for over 20 years!
It was fine until a wellness update is passed. High tick season this year and My dogs need the flea and tick medicine. Called to get the medicine and they refused it for one of the dogs since she did not get the wellness check in Jan. I realize there is an online page for the pets but I rarely use it. Seems the office would have a tickler reminder system to call the customer to get these scheduled when due and let me know I would not be able to get the meds if the wellness is missed. Awesome place to take your pet! Very friendly staff is great!
I always recommend this place to any friends with pets! The staff are so friendly and truly care about the animals they see. My dog is a total drama queen when getting her shots, but the staff are very patient and kind. We absolutely love Clinton Trail!
On Friday we made the decision to let our baby girl go. Everyone was so kind even though we were falling apart. They sent a lovely sympathy card.
Took our dog Meme who has cancer to them today. They were so amazing and caring. We have finally found a veterinarian office we like and trust. Thank you one and all.
