Superintendent is rude and constantly gives you a hard time. The building is lacking a lot and there’s a bad smell that follows you everywhere. Not a good place.
This building was way better with the previous owners.. In the winter they don’t provide enough heating in the apartments I had to buy my own little electric heater so I can be warm in my bedroom and my electrical bill has gone up a lot due to me having to use an electrical heater.. I hear a lot of neighbors complain about this as well..
