Leaving this review based on visiting and the application process with management. When I went to tour the apartment it was very lovely. Central location, welcoming lobby, security system, elevator, gym with lots of equipment, decent laundry and a organized package mail room. The units have high ceilings, huge windows and updated appliances. The windows open wide and there are no screens or safety. The property manager was kind to show me two of the apartments. The apartments are beautiful loft like apartments with large windows and high ceilings. Conveniently located downtown Newark close to shopping and transportation. Management continues to upkeep and beautify the building in an on-going basis. We enjoy a large gym, game area, and laundry on premises. And the building is pet friendly!
Honestly, this building used to be terrible. You could never get anything fixed, the place was falling apart, and stuff broke all the time. Overall it was very run down but had a huge price tag. Recently within the last few months new management has taken over, Skye Management, and they are great, super super helpful people and they are smart too so they answer your questions and don't give you dumb answers.
