Best Doctor Ever!
Dr Scruggs was supposed to fill out paperwork for me from being sick and send it into my work. I am about to lose my job because they still have neglected to send it in. I have called every day and today I went in person. The nurses were rude and acted like my lively hood wasn't important. Worst Dr ever. You're fired. I'm getting an attorney.
