Why I chose 4 stars is because this agency has the BEST customer service ever (Jennifer & Dee). They are always willing to listen and resolve any issues or concerns I call about. They are usually resolved and completed during my first time. It's great that I don't have to keep calling about the same thing. Yeahhhh
This is the only insurance company that I've ever used. Jennifer is amazing! Her professionalism and genuine care have kept me a loyal customer for over 21 years.
