Had a terrible experience trying to rent an apartment here. Cory never picked up the phone, ignored most of my emails, and the rare responses I did receive were incredibly unhelpful. I eventually gave up and went somewhere else instead. For anyone else interested in this place: if they're ghosting prospective tenants this hard, imagine how hard it'll be to reach management if you do actually move in!! STAY AWAY
Anything admin related won’t get done. Maintenance is super responsive but when it comes to any kind of paperwork you won’t get a response. I can’t imagine renewing my lease here with how the management company runs things.
Something is wrong with Cory. Zero proactiveness or effort in helping lease the apartment. Gate keeps every bit of information and effectively makes you feel like they have no interest in even trying to rent out the place. I stopped trying after a few emails back n forth.
Absolute nightmare trying to lease with Clinton & Prospect. Phone calls went unanswered, emails got ignored, and my online-scheduled tour was abruptly cancelled by the leasing agent without explanation. Eventually gave up and went to another place. Advice to management: please replace whoever is responsible for leasing apartments here ASAP, they're clearly not doing their job AT ALL.
My wife and I had a terrible experience trying to lease from Clinton & Prospect. We repeatedly contacted their offices for over a week with no response. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, and every message is redirected to people who will never reach out to you. We were unable to ask about specific details about the property and did not receive appropriate assistance during the application process - and even after stating we were ready to put down a deposit for a unit, no one answered us.
