The overall apartment is good however the leasing office is clearly empty, in my initial two weeks of living here I called the leasing office 7 times, leaving 3 messages to discuss issues with the apartment per my right as stated by the leasing agreement. I was not able to connect to the office a single time nor received a single call back from them. I received an email from the APM today (5/17/2024) and no one picked up any of my three calls to the office though all attempts to reach the office have been before 5PM
Leasing agent Cory was unprofessional and did not go to the correct address for our tour. Wasted my time and was unprofessional through email correspondence.
I recently assisted my daughter in finding her new home in this lovely old-style building in Cambridge, Boston. The location is truly great, just a short walk to all conveniences and the Red Line in Central Square. The apartment is clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated, offering an affordable option in Cambridge's high-priced rental market.
