Something is wrong with Cory. Zero proactiveness or effort in helping lease the apartment. Gate keeps every bit of information and effectively makes you feel like they have no interest in even trying to rent out the place. I stopped trying after a few emails back n forth.
Absolute nightmare trying to lease with Clinton & Prospect. Phone calls went unanswered, emails got ignored, and my online-scheduled tour was abruptly cancelled by the leasing agent without explanation. Eventually gave up and went to another place. Advice to management: please replace whoever is responsible for leasing apartments here ASAP, they're clearly not doing their job AT ALL.
My wife and I had a terrible experience trying to lease from Clinton & Prospect. We repeatedly contacted their offices for over a week with no response. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, and every message is redirected to people who will never reach out to you. We were unable to ask about specific details about the property and did not receive appropriate assistance during the application process - and even after stating we were ready to put down a deposit for a unit, no one answered us. The overall apartment is good however the leasing office is clearly empty, in my initial two weeks of living here I called the leasing office 7 times, leaving 3 messages to discuss issues with the apartment per my right as stated by the leasing agreement. I was not able to connect to the office a single time nor received a single call back from them. I received an email from the APM today (5/17/2024) and no one picked up any of my three calls to the office though all attempts to reach the office have been before 5PM
