Prior to our first child being born in 2024, we found Dr. Sobocinski as a doctor accepting new patients via our BCBS health insurance portal. We interviewed her and chose to put our child's health under her care. Fast forward to the start of 2025. We were notified that Dr. Sobocinski wasn't taking our BCBS plan any further but our child would be "grandfathered" in. I recommend preferred pediatrics to anyone with children nearby. They are responsive and caring. Dr Sobocinski remembered to call before my daughters surgery to tell us good luck and give her support. It meant so much. Dawn and the support staff are amazing.
We love Dr. Buzenski! I used to go to this same office when I was little. He listens to all my questions and concerns. They always get us in same day if needed and have a 24 hour line you can call.
I am so happy we chose to take our kids here. Our main doctor is Dr.Sobo but we love Dr.B too. They have always got us in same day, sometimes even within the same hour if we have a concern. Karen is so sweet and calls back so fast if you leave a message. I have used the on call service more than once, once even on a holiday and I was never rushed, talked down to or anything. They have been absolutely wonderful to us.
I've taken my kids to several pediatricians over the years and Dr. Sobo and Dr. Buzenski are the only doctors I trust. We have been going here now since moving to this area. They are thorough and attentive and ask relevant questions. They are also very knowledgeable and seem very genuine. This is the experience I was looking for in a pediatric office. I have not had issue with anyone being rude to me, including the front desk or nursing staff. I highly recommend them.
