This place is getting the rating it’s getting (which is better than what you would have originally got, 1 star, if it wasn’t for the things outlined below.) The GREAT: -Quiet neighborhood, I lived here for 2 and a half years and the neighbors were all friendly and it was very quiet here. -the maintenance guys always came on time(even when they would rotate) and always fixed problems immediately. She has been nothing but outstanding into making a smooth transition. Going on 12 years at Clinton Place. Recently transfered to a fully renovated 2B 2B upstairs unit and it's AMAZING! So much room. Online photo's don't do it justice. Highly recommend! Our forever home
There are many concerning issues here like giant potholes, flooding, subpar maintenance. But the team left the maintenance gate open in the dog park. I threw a couple balls in that direction and after I noticed with my flashlight that the gates were wide open. If I had thrown that past the gates that would have went onto the main road. Very disappointed.
