Our new maintenance team Andrew and Matt are fantastic! Called with an issue and they were out first thing in the morning to get it fixed. Can't say enough good things about living at Clinton Place.
Really okay place to live. But I will not move here again they have to many hidden fees and utility charges. Your water bill is not based off the water your units uses, but it’s based off the entire building. All utilities prices are very questionable.
Just a note worthy shout out to Clinton Place maintenance Darren he resolve my plumping issue and other maintenance issue within one visit “Awesome Job” Darren is very polite nice young man. Keep up the good work.
Poor Maintenance very poor when I first moved here they used to haul the appliances around in personal vehicles and deliver them to apartments now they got rid of Maintenance and now we don’t have Maintenance at all. They won’t even answer the phone for emergency issues because they wanted to pay Maintenance four dollars less and make them drive further and higher maintenance for $10 more I was told it does not make sense. The worst thing you could’ve done is gotten rid of John and Adam
So I applied here and was denied for proof of income and no one can tell me why when I make well over 3 times the amount needed. The attorney I work for filled out the slip on his end and if they needed more from my second job they could of asked. But the part I'm mad about is they denied me for verification before they even reached out to my employers I had to call them so they could reach out.
