Very disappointed in the lack of security here. I came back to find my storage unit wide open and several of my personal items, including important documents, missing. I was never given a key for the unit, which makes this even more unacceptable. Tenants deserve to feel that their belongings are safe.
Have lived at Clinton Place for 11 years and we recently transferred to a fully renovated 2B 2B. WOW!!!!!! The upgraded units are BEAUTIFUL! Online pictures don't do the units justice. Can't say enough about all the upgrades, to many to list. Very happy! Well worth the transfer! Thank you to management for all the hard work and communication with me over this past year to get us in not only an upgraded unit, but into a beautiful section of the community. Couldn't of picked a better spot. Very satisfied!!!!!
Oh those pictures make the place look a lot bigger than it actually is! They are tiny and not worth the price. Upper level beware - the a/c will never cool you down and the units constantly break. There are many other places in the area for the same price if not lower with better amenities. Look elsewhere.
Horrible, I lived there for 5 years. We have had over 20 managers. Property managers also maybe 15 different leas agencies. Emily is the new property manager. If anyone lives there will get it, understand what I'm seeing. Once you get to know her both sides. I would not recommend this place. They have a lot of hidden fees. Water sewage trash. You have to pay $25 for your carport. $50 for a sticker to get in your own place where you live. So many hitting fees, Emily is once again the property manager. She's a nice you nasty p... read more
Nothing but the most positive things to say about Clinton Place. From management, maintenance, the up keep , the private entry, full size washer and dryer, the quiet community and the units alone , there is no other place to call home. They are absolutely beautiful. Clinton Place has really stepped it up and these are not just your ordinary apartment they are so much more. Maintenance is on top of everything.
