Edited to add: it is now 2025. And i have hyperpigmentation, nerve damage and muscle atrophy that my dr says is from Ray giving me my last shot incorrectly. I have an appt in 2 days with a different ortho. Praying for answers and relief. I have seen multiple Dr's, none of which want to touch me bc of the issues caused my another dr. Terrible experiences. Dr. Ray and his staff are very unprofessional. He likes to interrupt his patients, he refuses to listen to them, amd he does not read their chart!!! I saw him in 2021 with a... read more

Had an 845 AM appointment. I knew I'd have to wait but I didn't get called back until 1010 AM. Used VA Community Care to get this appointment. Found out after that I should have had them send my prescription to the VA CC Pharmacy. Can't talk to a human about having them Fax my prescription to the VA. Now that I have a number for VA Pharmacy I'll have future CC Doctors send prescriptions there. Ray was polite and helpful. I was out in less than 20 minutes. Shame lots of people were waiting for appointments. Someone even resch... read more
Amazing dr and staff. Never a long wait. Dr. Actually takes time with the patient.
