Edited to add: it is now 2025. And i have hyperpigmentation, nerve damage and muscle atrophy that my dr says is from Ray giving me my last shot incorrectly. I have an appt in 2 days with a different ortho. Praying for answers and relief. I have seen multiple Dr's, none of which want to touch me bc of the issues caused my another dr. Terrible experiences. Had an 845 AM appointment. I knew I'd have to wait but I didn't get called back until 1010 AM. Used VA Community Care to get this appointment. Found out after that I should have had them send my prescription to the VA CC Pharmacy. Can't talk to a human about having them Fax my prescription to the VA. Now that I have a number for VA Pharmacy I'll have future CC Doctors send prescriptions there. Ray was polite and helpful. I was out in less than 20 minutes. Shame lots of people were waiting for appointments. Someone even resch... read more
Amazing dr and staff. Never a long wait. Dr. Actually takes time with the patient.

I have tried twice to get an appt set up for my 17 year old who had a dislocated knee and is in a brace. I get put on hold for 10 minutes only to leave message. I have waited almost 48 hours for a return call and nothing!! Dr. Ray was the one on call and who they put on paperwork. My husband used him years ago and we loved him, but now not so much. This child is on the Autesticle spectrum and this is causing many mini meltdowns. Not a happy parent at all right now.
