Let me just say, the staff was amazing. Now as for Dr. Clinton Ray, a completely different story. I came in with a pre-existing shoulder "slap tear" injury that got exasperated through work. X-rays were taken which will not show exactly what issue was. When he came in to the room, it felt like he was in a hurry, aggressive manner, immediately said that I needed surgery, interrupting me, and would not listen to what I was trying to explain. Dr. Ray did my shoulder and he was great to me. Then I started have knee pain so Dr. Ray gave me cortisone shot which worked nicely, 6 months later he did it again, but saying that if I have to come back then we have to proceed to the next step. Well that day had come so I went to see him. He moved my knee and leg around saying that I have great range of motion. Then he said to me, "then why are you here?" Edited to add: it is now 2025. And i have hyperpigmentation, nerve damage and muscle atrophy that my dr says is from Ray giving me my last shot incorrectly. I have an appt in 2 days with a different ortho. Praying for answers and relief. I have seen multiple Dr's, none of which want to touch me bc of the issues caused my another dr. Terrible experiences.
