After 30 years using Dr Harbour I have became a very unhappy customer. 3 months ago I was denied my appointment due to the type of insurance I have. After I left I was called and apologized to and rescheduled and assured this wouldn't happen again. After waiting 3 months to see the doctor again I was denied my appointment due to the type of insurance I have. This is twice I have wasted my time and money and it won't happen again.
Thank you so much to Dr Richardson for see me without an appointment due to an accident I had and hurt one of my eyes, very professional and my eye healed perfectly!. Excellent service from all personal I had contact with that day and on my follow up appointment, Thank you!!!
All I can say I can see better then ever, the Doctor is a credit to his profession,and his staff is outstanding,both Gulf Breeze FL and Pensacola FL offices
