I have been living here for almost 4 years now. I have nothing but great things to say about Nina the manager and Ron the maintenance staff person. Every issue has been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I had one issue with a neighbor which I thought was not going to be able to be corrected. STAY AWAY! DO NOT RECOMMEND. The Objective: Management is horrendous. They're unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. The community grounds are kept pretty well. The neighbors are friendly. "Luxury" is an exaggeration. The counters are Formica, and the floors are peel n' stick vinyl. No back splashes. Small hot water tanks. The subjective: Nina is a nightmare.
