We were having an issue with a therapy table at work where the headrest kept falling when patients put their head in it. I contacted the company listed on the bed and was connected with Courtney, and I honestly can't say enough good things about her service. She was incredibly helpful and patient from the start. She first sent replacement springs to try to fix the issue, and when those didn't work, she went above and beyond by sending all new parts to replace the top of the bed/headrest. Poor table top quality, my table tops look like this after a year at 3 of my clinics. Went with a different manufacturer with new and haven’t had an issue since changing.

Product is subpar to the one that was offered 8-10 years ago. My treatment tables vinyl tops start deteriorating/delaminating/cracking within 3-4 years of normal use (cleaning with water + mild soap only). I was told by the owner that it is not manufacturer defect. I was accused of using bleach and letting it dry overnight. I was told also that my warranty expired. I have purchased tables 4 years ago what should give me 1 more year of the warranty coverage. Owner is not standing behind his product. Not recommended.
