During business hours there is on-site maintenance and after hours there are emergency contact options on the office door. Pest control has improved in recent years. Safe and happy neighborhood.
it is nothing but a roach infestation place, if you don’t mind having a million roaches as room mates, then it’s the place for you. The bug man that sprays there is a joke! He sprays water down solution, that does nothing to the roaches.
The maintenance man is a joke, good guy just doesnt know what hes doing maintenance wise. The bug spray feeds the bugs and mice instead of killing them. The people in the office are no help with the issues, theres always an excuse. If you drive thru and look in the yards there stacked up with junk and garbage. Only when its inspection time do they halfway try to straighten anything up. My opinion is find somewhere better to live if possible.
I have mice and mold in my apartment it was causing me health issues and they will not transfer me even with a doctor statement the maintenance man came in but with the naked eye and saying there was no mold instead of getting a specialist out there with machines to detect to see if the unit had mold or not in the apartment just went along with the naked eye I had 3 under my sink leaks and the pipes was not put on properly and they left the water sitting there I had to clean it up all three times mice is buried in my stov... read more
The Alexander Height Complex on McAdoo Street has major issues with parking on back side of complex, access Cagle Street. Lease agreement states tenants are given a permit tag to park their registered vehicles. Additional registered vehicle are to park in visitors area as have extremely limited space. When tenants allow their guests to take a space complicates this issue.
