Bad experience! My mother took a long haired maltipoo in for grooming. The lady was instructed to bath and only trim the dogs hair. Specifically instructed to not make her look like a poodle and only remove an inch or so from her 5 to 6 inch hair. When my mother returned she found a dog that had been shaved just like you would expect a poodle to be groomed. Dr. Snow is respected by her staff. I have never had a bad experience here and have been going to her on and off for about 10 years. I have gone to other vets in the case of very sick animals that I wanted to go to the nth degree to try to save. Dr. Snow's diagnosis / projections turned out to be exactly correct. The situations (2) ended the same as they would have under her care except I spent a trememdous amount of $$$ getting to the same end.
