Front desk girl is so rude!! I do not recommend this place!
For my first appointment, I was introduced to the Doctor Who apologized for being disorganized that day. His excuse was several of the Staff called out sick. I’m not sure if he was drunk or high because he kept dropping things. The optometrist completely made a mess of my eyeglasses order. I wanted a change to my prescription eyeglasses to match my sunglasses. She asked that I leave them behind. And then lost them. I use to clean his office when he was over by Chips restaurant. He never paid me for my final clean. I stopped in also mailed him numerous bills. He never paid me. Everything you need to know
They said they would cover my insurance, and now I have to pay them which this is ridiculous
I just walked out of my appointment at Dr. O’s about 15 minutes ago and every time I leave that office I rave about Dr. O and send everyone his way. Every time I’m in there, I ask about 100 questions too many, and Dr. O kindly (and patiently) answers every single one of them- and thoroughly. How nice is that feeling of relief and confidence knowing when you see your doctor, you can trust your health in their hands.
