Beautiful community! Ran by a very intelligent and kind family. Tim & his wife have turned this place around and I would highly recommend purchasing a home here.

Clinton Estates was great. The owners were very accommodating doing anything I asked to make my stay enjoyable. My dog and I truly felt like we were at home. I have a 30 ft travel trailer and parked here for 2 months. Do note, this is a mobile home park and not an RV park. So there were a few challenges such as water, sewer, and electric not being at the correct places for an RV.
Great place to stay — quiet, clean, and super friendly! The owners are amazing people and really make you feel like part of the family. We always enjoy our time here and couldn’t ask for better hosts.
