Beware of this place. The landlord is too weird. She tried to enter my apt to “check for a leak” when I explicitly asked her for an hours notice(the day before) as I was home alone, pregnant and so ill at the time. Then I accidentally overpaid(by double) my rent two weeks after giving birth to my son. This turned into me having to corner her for the partial return, where she subsequently served me an eviction notice stating I wouldn’t allow her in my apt and that I was threatening to her. Property manager is uppity and doesn’t know how to talk to her tenants. If you ever decide to move out do a walk through with her and take pictures before you move in. . . Oh yeah and she’ll walk in your apartment without even letting you know when I was in the process of moving out she just walked right in my place because she didn’t think I was home. . . I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone
