Mike did a great job showing us the bikes we were interested in looking at. He is very knowledgeable about all the product lines they sell/service and never pressured us to make a purchase. All the staff from service, parts, apparel and sales at CCM go out of their way to make you feel appreciated as a customer. This is our third new bike purchase from CCM and they are reason we keep coming back
I just want to say that you guys are great! I have never dealt with a parts department as personable as you have. Andy Price was great on the phone along as in person. I will recommend anyone and everyone I know to your business. I appreciate the great attitude in your shop.
