My family and I have been with Clinton Cook State Farm Insurance Agency for about 8 years and it has been a blessing! I can call and speak with an agent who is informative and knowledgeable about any matter from payment question to policy clarifications. I appreciate how they run the business and serve the customer! I can speak directly with Clinton, if needed. When we bought our first home, he explained the definitions of the two types of insurance policy that the new community, HOA required we have. Again, they never miss!

I have used State Farm for about 20 years for varying policies. In 2020, I had a structure fire and lost everything. Clinton Cook’s office walked me through the claims process. This week, I needed a new policy. With just a few phone calls with Paul, all the details were confirmed, policy written, payment received, and policy in place. Professional, courteous, and friendly, this office has served my needs since moving to the Raleigh area more than 8 years ago.
