RecommendedGreat guys! They are honest and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they did not talk down to me since I know very little about vehicles. Explained the problems they found in detail and the estimates were fair.
There is nothing I've thrown at them they haven't been able to figure something out. The don't do costly repairs without telling you the amount & why it needs to be done. They do everything in their power to repair not replace if that's an option. The customer service is outstanding through out the family owned business. Anybody who goes in knows Phil always has a smile on his face ready to help.
I sent my boyfriend’s daughter with a coupon for a $19.95 oil change and she got billed $50. What gives?????? From the reviews on here this isn’t something new, either.
i had a $25 dollar certificate to use for an oil change or whatever so decided to get the oil changed....After getting the oil changed & AFTER using the $25 certificate I Still owed $34.45!!! that was a total of $59.45 for an oil change!! I thought with $25. certificate how much more could it cost? well I found out!! I do NOT plan on EVER going back there again!! I have never written a review before but this was just highway robbery...taught me to not think a $25 certificate would amount to much! And it took over 40 minutes ... read more
