Shout out to the folks at Clinton Refrigeration. I have used them in the past and they are always great to deal with. Eric, Steven and Doug who came out today. We had a bad thermocouple and it was replaced on our hot water heater. Really appreciate these guys for coming out so quickly as they did. I made contact with em through text this past Saturday and they called me and were at my door Monday morning. Thank you, Doug!!! Eric!!
Clinton Refrig is the most honest and trustworthy business I have ever dealt with. Thank goodness I left one of the big-name businesses and found Clinton. All of the employees are very professional and knowledgeable. But the biggest difference is I trust them 100%.
They are amazing! Our AC stopped working on Sunday and they called us back first thing Monday morning and helped us solve the issue without even needing to send a tech out! Turned out we neglected to change our air filter, freezing the unit. The lady we spoke with over the phone walked us through what to do and continued to text us throughout the day to make sure our problem was resolved. They were so helpful and caring and saved us money! Thank you so much!!!
3 minute fix for my outside AC unit. Very courteous and prompt service with great communication. Would for sure use again!
