Very disappointing experience with this service department. My vehicle was towed in for an overheating issue, and from the start I had to constantly call for updates. I was given inaccurate timelines, and the repair was delayed due to an incorrect part being ordered. While I was out of the country, I was billed for an oil change I never authorized—even though my vehicle is covered under a maintenance program elsewhere. I recently took my car to Clinton Acura for service, and I was extremely pleased with the outstanding experience. The gentleman at the service desk was more than happy to answer all my questions. They provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. Additionally, they went above and beyond by picking up the loaner from my workplace and delivering my car back to me once the service was complete. This is what I would call five-star service! Had awful luck and my MDX got hit with bouncing highway debris 300 miles from home. Had my car towed here, they were friendly, very prompt and worked with me on a logistical solution to being stranded. Repair was quick once the part came in. Would recommend.
Great service and great people. I appreciate their attention to detail.
