I drive 45 minutes each way because I now trust them. I went to my local dealer who lied to me about an issue. They didn’t speak ill of that dealer, they offer to look at the car. Not only did they find the issue, they ordered the part, I bought the car in, and an hour later… done! I needed to stay and work on their office but the car was ready. They earned me as a customer! It’s definitely out my way, but if I can trust you and you’re honest, you have my business.
I had a great service experience with Rosa who took her time to orient us with our vehicle. They all seem to be very genuine people. I do wish they had a more competitive loyalty program
I recently had my Acura MDX serviced at this dealership and their customer service is exceptional. This is the first dealership that did not make me feel like I was getting robbed and they genuinely just wanted to help. I highly recommend going here if you need any work done on your vehicle.
Very disappointing experience with this service department. My vehicle was towed in for an overheating issue, and from the start I had to constantly call for updates. I was given inaccurate timelines, and the repair was delayed due to an incorrect part being ordered. While I was out of the country, I was billed for an oil change I never authorized—even though my vehicle is covered under a maintenance program elsewhere. I recently took my car to Clinton Acura for service, and I was extremely pleased with the outstanding experience. The gentleman at the service desk was more than happy to answer all my questions. They provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. Additionally, they went above and beyond by picking up the loaner from my workplace and delivering my car back to me once the service was complete. This is what I would call five-star service!
