We needed a portable toilet urgently when our sewer went out. Clinkscales Portable Toilets and Septic Service, LLC worked with us to get a toilet delivered quickly. They put the toilet as close to our backdoor as possible. Clinkscales came every week to expertly clean the toilet, locking the gate back up and not making any kind of a mess at all. Well, today I got horrible customer service from the owner Trent. He was really rude and impolite, clearly told me to look for another service company. Why? Because his worker Nick, did not show up to clean up, just passed by because gate were closed. I asked to come back but they just ignored my calles and offered to clean up other day with $45/extra charge. Total $85. I refused to pay that. They went out of their way to help us! Literally! I am so thankful and will definitely be using them again and would recommend them!
When you find yourself in a poop situation like sewage In your shower call Clinkscales. We called them and they came out same morning, spent many hours locating the septic and were beyond helpful. Incredibly knowledgeable and made the situation more bearable. We won’t use anyone else.
