This is the worst agency to rent a home through. Please spend your money elsewhere. The assistant Veronica or Victoria is ALWAYS so unprofessional. She will only communicate via text and when she does she is always rude. Dealing with her over the past few years has been awful. They will raise the rent every year and do zero repairs, maintenance or upgrades. I have never been more grateful to finally be a homeowner!!

Used as Douglas as my realtor to sell my home. Was quickly sold and closed within a month and a half but overall poor communication and low effort work during the entire process (incorrect info on listing, cell phone pictures, never provided advice, etc). The only saving grace is Veronica who was extremely helpful throughout the process and handled all the paperwork.
