Horrible. Never are there any f&%#@×g doctors on call. Instead they assign you with nurses who don't have the same education as a Medical Doctor. Unprofessional, nobody barely speaks English, communication is impossible unless you are from a third world country. This place is HORRIFIC
DO NOT GO TO HIS PLACE. This facility is the worst. Their referral department is a disaster. Take days to get a referral and once you get the referral they put the wrong doctor on the referral. They don't care about the patients. You can call multiple times and nobody will help you.
Dr Aaron Pascual is a very knowledgeable Doctor. He is really interested in the patient well being, He is very professional! I have been in Clinisanitas since they opened in Miami and I have seen a great improvement in their service! They are putting a great effort and care to get better all the time. El Dr Juan Cespedes es una excelente persona y muy profesional!
Clinisatinas used to be very very good. It is so sad that with time it has deteriorated so much. You have to wait weeks for an appointment, doctors have no time to take care of patients properly, appointment times are not meet, it is like patients time has no value for Clinisatinas. By the way, this not due to the pandemic, this deterioration started like 2 years ago.
My last visits were amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to help me get my labs done and all paperwork required for school filled out. Yes there has been not so great days but remember this is an HMO clinic. Lots of patients and lots of workload. If you want VIP treatment then you'd need to be able to afford a more expensive insurance. If not be content with what you get because at least the doctors that I've encountered have always strive to provide the best care!
