My visit was very calm, professional and both the doctor and front staffs are friendly and quick to respond
We had issues with our boxer TROUBLE that ended up being legendary issues. rare situation however Dr Floca dealt with everything with Calmness and a reassurance that we crave these days and took care of our boy always offering 3 or 4 choices. Considering the rareness of the situation and the surprise Trouble had in store for us, i wanted to thank the whole staff, DR, technicians and everyone else working there that were so kind and helpful during that difficult 3 month stretch. Thankfully, all's well that ends well....
Je donne une étoile pour service à la clientèle. Appeler plusieurs fois pour prendre un rendez-vous . Aucun réponse . Après plusieurs essais , on me demande d’attendre un moment après 15mn on raccroche la ligne . Une autre tentative , on raccroche directement !!!
