The receptionist never answers the phone. I have called on multiple occasions at all times of the day. She is never at her desk. I have no complaints about the doctor. I would like to follow up to my above review. The service here is unbelievably bad. Although I’ve written several emails (with no response) to speak with the owner - Dre Richard- there is no way to reach her. She attempted to call me once and left no way to actually call her back. Have been with them for more than 2 years. The whole team is warm and very competent. I have zero complaints and am happy to be their client.

After i saw a doctor, it got worse. bad quality, bad service
I was a little disappointed with my experience. The place was clean, but the consultation was very brief and I didn't feel they were really taking the time to understand my needs. The explanations were limited, and I left with several unanswered questions. For a private clinic, I expected more attentive and structured service.
