The receptionist never answers the phone. I have called on multiple occasions at all times of the day. She is never at her desk. I have no complaints about the doctor. I would like to follow up to my above review. The service here is unbelievably bad. Although I’ve written several emails (with no response) to speak with the owner - Dre Richard- there is no way to reach her. She attempted to call me once and left no way to actually call her back. Amazing clinic ! Fast and efficient !
Have been with them for more than 2 years. The whole team is warm and very competent. I have zero complaints and am happy to be their client.
After i saw a doctor, it got worse. bad quality, bad service
Dr. Emilie Couture has been my doctor for several years. Honestly, I've never had a more attentive doctor. The same goes for nurse Alina. Truly a 5-star team. I haven't had much luck with my health in the last two years. This is now the second time the hospital treatment plan hasn't worked, but Medika's has. I highly recommend the entire team!
