Cette clinique vous mentira en affirmant que vous n’êtes pas couvert pour la FIV par la RAMQ si vous et votre conjoint n’êtes pas tous les deux assurés, et que vous devez tous les deux avoir la RAMQ, ce qui est faux. J’ai moi-même appelé la RAMQ, qui m’a référée au formulaire 4495 précisant clairement que si vous ou votre conjoint êtes couverts, vous avez droit à la couverture. Ce sont des menteurs et ils donnent de fausses informations, c’est totalement non professionnel.
Very bad experience with glucose test. I make an appointment for the glucose test. I was waiting for 2 hour to nurse talk the glucose juice for me. They explained that this is the specific juice they have to bring it from other places. I was fasting for midnight, I got there morning, and after I finish the juice I have to wait for 2 hours for the blood test after. Very bad experience there, they didn’t feel sorry, they think the glucose juice is special.
We went to Clinique Ovo for an early gender test at 10 weeks, making it very clear that we wanted the results kept discreet for a gender reveal. Staff reassured us the results email would contain only a code so we could forward it to our friend without knowing the gender ourselves. Unfortunately, the clinic emailed the results with the gender written in plain text, completely spoiling our reveal and breaking the promise they made.
