Very nice front desk/receptionist lady Doctor is also very good and answered questions very well, even though it was very busy and in hurry.
i have same frustration, just remember you living in Canada , everything in Canada is organised crimes like , if you want to install hvac mini split/heatpump. that unit generally cost 1200 and installation take 600, but this hvac contrat group orgainised to sell that to 6000+ tax. its applies to all industries, like photos, medical...etc

Le docteur est entrée dans la salle d'examen sans se présenter et n'a établit AUCUN contact du regard pendant les quelques minutes qu'a duré l'échange. Tout le temps de la conversation, il a regardé soit par terre ou le dessus du bureau ou son papier. Pour moi, c'est une première expérience du genre et assez préoccupante. Je me suis demandé s'il était en détresse (burn-out) ou absence d'aptitudes realationnelles ou simplement démotivé...J'ai même pensé en sortant lui faire la remarque mais bon j l'assume je ne l'ai pas fait.... read more
Called 40 times in 2 days during business hours. No answers... How am I supposed to reach out or make an appt with my family doctor if the clinic won't answer? This is ridiculous.
